The level of student engagement with their iSupport team is determined by personal and/or family preference. Some students are able to move through their studies with little support; others seek deep interaction, engagement and attention. The iSupport team is available to support all students.
Who comprises your iSupport team?
- iMentor Instructor – Your iMentor Instructor is the primary point of contact for the rest of the iSupport team and others who work with you to help you succeed as an independent learner. Your mentor assists you with exploring your goals and developing your online learning strategies.
- Instructor – Insight instructors are certified subject-matter experts who work with students on particular courses. They help you understand course concepts, grade assessments, and develop your interests.
- Parents – Parental support is vital to student success. Depending on the student’s personal situation and parent preferences, the parent may choose to work closely with the team to form the student’s learning plan and monitor student progress.
